Om Sai Beach Resort

Agonda is beautiful. The place was not up to our expecations.

We received very small rooms. They smelled moldy. We requested water view rooms and we received rooms that were obstructed by the restaurant roof. The smell emanating from the restaurant were unbearable. My sister got sick. When I approached the front desk person about it. She told me that she will deliver the message to the manager but no one ever came to speak to us. Very disappointing. We saw many other resorts with actual rooms on the beach that looked much better.

The accommodation didn’t match up to what we expected from when we read about it, the facilities in the room were poor no fridge or any shower gel only the very minimal (a little soap) only saving grace was the comfy bed

The location is a big plus.Right on beach with big rooms, good food. Has parking for 4-5 vehicles.

One staff member keeps bothering during dinner time for review. You should ask for review only upon checkout or bill payment. Rest all staff was top.

Sehr schöne Cottages. An einem sehr schönen Strand. Freundliches Personal. Super Essen am Strand mit Live-Musik, da Samstagabend.

Das Bett war wie eine Hängematte, viel zu weich. Für zwei Personen unangenehm.
