The bathroon was not clean, water was dripping from the AC, even after they addressed the issue. The TV was not recharged so I couldn't watch TV, 2 staff members came to check, they said they would recharge the TV network, but it didn't happen. WIfi was included in the cost but Wifi was not working too. they said the room doesn't have wifi

The resort had a peaceful location and the staff were friendly, making for a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, though nothing stood out as exceptional.Still interior can be better. As restaurant of the hotel is pure veg, better for vegetarian peoples and the food was also tasty

Its interior can be better as the resort has potential to be better and also the entrance gate of the resort is bit small

The location was great, close to shops, food places, and venues.

The room didn't look clean. Towels were stained and paper thin. The bed was not comfy, lumpy, pillows too thin. Artistry had a gig on so there was lound pumping music until 5am. No compensation for this, just had to deal with the sleep deprivation. Food was average. In addition, we had paid our room bill in full however just as we were leaving we were made to pay an addition 1000rs. We had no idea why but couldn't leave without paying. This place is not worth the money they charge.
