It didn't really have any great qualities

The way I had to take multiple elevators and walk across entire building each and every time I went to vehicle. No staff offered assistance or luggage cart, even tho I am disabled and booked a disabled room. The rooms were outdated and didn't have USB or C style charging, or enough outlets for me to charge my devices. Not any updates in 20 years. The staff charged my card and didn't tell me, even tho I paid on full online. The casino didn't offer any promotions or compensation for gambling 4 days in a row. Drinks were actually timed 1 per hr min, where they only serve small glass full of ice about 1 per 2 hrs. Never was asked if I needed anything.they are way over priced restaurants withall of them closing at midnight. No drink machines so u had to pay 7 bucks for a small soda. Food was not even close to affordable, and no buffet. 28 bucks for a reheated burger. Front desk was not helpful for any information or even when they over charge. At fees were 7.50 and the machines wont let u bet amount I wanted to. They only give u increments of $.80. The tables are fixed and I played over 40 hands and did not win one time. And the entire casino had a dead quiet atmosphere with no cheers or excitement in the casino, because no body was winning. Worst time I have had in any casino/room.

Great location.

There was issues with the room. Our toilet ran the entire night. You could hear your neighbors talking the entire night. Our door did not close you had to make sure you pulled it closed. And one of the queen beds was very uncomfortable where you could feel the springs popping through the mattress.

I enjoyed the room layout. It allowed for beautiful views. The room was clean. The pool facilities were well maintained.

I did not like the smoke smell in the main lobby

I didn't like that when I looked out my.window I was looking at a white wall

The tub was out dated and I could barley get in , plus the water wasn’t draining from my shower and I fell trying to get into it because of the water & busted my knee and now can barley walk

Location and Restaurants

The front desk person that helped me check in was not friendly. I booked with a pet and know I will have to pay a fee. There fee was not posted and too extreme. $175. More then the cost of the room for 1 nite. Sadly I am booked there for 2 nites later this week. They clearly dont want people traveling with pets there. As well as if you book thru other sites those sites dont go into resort fees as well. So a $133 dollar room plus 96 resort fee plus 175 pet fee I should have rented an Air BnB
