Excellent hotel ,with facilities fitting the buisness travel ,close to Marine drive and buisness hubs ,in fact I walk down to Marine drive early morning,staff is cheerful,helpful and polite Excellent Thank you retrieve for the stay

Wish they will give numbers to the room rather than names ,one trends to forget the names

The hotel is nicely designed with a beautiful roof top bar. I stayed in aristocracy room, very well thought out rooms, comfortable beds, multiple fresh towels and nice extra touches in the room that made my stay very comfortable. Everything fully functioning and a great bathroom with beautiful shower room. The breakfast is taken on the roof top and was wonderfully presented with several options. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, very helpful with all aspects of my stay including helpful tips about where to shop. The wellness centre also fabulous with a range of treatments. Just a ten minute ride to MG Road. Lots of eateries within easy reach, the war situation had an impact on gas supplies to restaurants but room service at the hotel compensated.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff, nice interior.

There was no washbasin in the toilet; it was located in a separate room where the wardrobe was, which was inconvenient. This is the first time I’ve encountered a situation where the washbasin wasn’t in the bathroom. Additionally, there was no fan in the room. The AC worked, but the fan was missing.

The hotel is a nice one and the food was bangin. Staff was well polite

Le personnel est tellement gentil, les chambres sont propres et confortables. Le service est aussi très bien. J'ai passé un excellent séjour et je reviendrai sans hésiter !

We booked in for our last night in India , this is a nicely appointed hotel and fairly close to the international airport , ( 30 minutes drive ) We had their "Royalty" room , it's enormous and lovely . A very comfortable bed , nice bathroom and lots of room and storage if you need it . We had a light dinner in their restaurant which was ok , if nothing inspiring . A comical thing happened when we arrived there it was virtually empty and , in order to give us a romantic atmosphere they turned the water feature on , which was so deafening so we could hardly hear each other speak !! They did turn it off when we requested that !!

Communication wasn't the best unfortunately, they let us know on arrival that I could have a massage in the evening , so we thought we'd have a couples package, but unfortunately the therapist for my partner had gone home when we wanted to have our treat .
