Room service is not up to the mark. Basic complementories like shampoo, dental kit etc. not available by default. Sound box with loud sound beside swimming pool disturbing the overall peace.

Our experience at Le ROI Corbett Hotel was far from satisfactory. The property is old and poorly maintained, with a strong moldy smell in the rooms that made our stay uncomfortable. The walls had visible dampness and seepage, creating an unhygienic atmosphere. The bathroom was in terrible condition—the bathtub was broken and dirty, making it unusable. To make matters worse, the customer service was unresponsive. Any requests or concerns were either ignored or met with indifference. Adding to the disappointment, the food was overpriced and of subpar quality. Even basic items did not meet expectations, and the cost did not justify the experience. What was most frustrating was being charged ₹100 per glass of milk for my toddlers, something that is usually complimentary at hotels of this level. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, unhelpful staff, and expensive yet low-quality food made our stay quite unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience.
