Spacious accommodation. Comfortable and well equipped. Mountainside view. Quiet.

Shame wi-fi not available in room. Receptionist on check in could have been more welcoming.

The family studio was amazing and the staff was super friendly.

Nothing to like if the smell of shit is going freely from washroom to kitchen and bedroom. It is not a full wall around the washroom and no ventilation for the bad smell.

In cabin number 6 is not a full wall between washroom and kitchen and bedroom. This is disgusting: If someone is using the bathroom, the shit smell goes 100% inside the bedroom and kitchen, not outside. This is not built as pe Canadian Building Code. This is a shame for Canada in an area like Jasper, where are many tourists from all over the world!!! I traveled in almost 30 countries, and I never have this disgusting experience.

Le charme de l'endroit. La réactivité du personnel en cas de problème. (La pluie s'est invitée dans notre chambre un soir et on nous a aussitôt relogé dans un chalet). Attention : vous êtes à 50 km de Jasper.

Kitchen facilities quite sparse and it was quite noisy with traffic.
