Vakantiepark Eiland van Maurik

Great place for my family to stay but we paid twice which is easy to do with booking.com and Eiland van Maurik own app. Worse is staff aren't helpful, replied to Dutch in English then German and then dutch to solve an issue. Then say they can't do anything further if their email bounces to share information of double bookings at their request. I have screenshots of everything and can prove everything written here. So last contact from staff is that this is our only email and let us know if there is a problem. YES paid over 1000 euros for a nice place to stay but it's not the Hilton and naturally I would like them to take it seriously as their problem and not effectively leaving me with a double payment. Extremely bad service

Stunning facilities for children. We really enjoyed the room, the park and the facilities.

On the day of arrival we had a call from the reception at 16:30 and informed us that the payment had not been settled and if we do not arrive until the reception closes at 18:00 we will not be able to settle the payment and get the room Today, but only the next day at 9 (Even though they have the credit information from Booking֫).The payment had to be made on the spot or by bank transfer or the next morning. Since we are not Dutch we had difficulty making a bank transfer, for an hour and a half until we succeeded we were under pressure that we would have nowhere to sleep at night. As guests from another country I felt really unpleasant, and it was not clear that there was a willingness to help us solve the problem And it's okay that we only come in the next day. It has never happened to us that A hotel didn't give us help to check in, even after check-in time, and I don't think it should happen.

Clean, neat

In unit 33 the shower leaked and the air conditioner didn’t work.

Great facilities. The indoor pool, mini golf, arcade area, etc. A lot of fun for the kids!

The check-in is a little late (4 pm) and the check-out is early (10 am). You can use the facilities outside of this period though

Children's Pool, multiple play areas and parks in the campus, biking facilities, helpful and friendly staff, spar supermarket in the campus, free parking. Allowed us to checkout at 12 PM upon request. Really appreciate.

Only bed linens are included. Towels, toiletries, toilet paper, kitchen towels and cleaning items are not included.

My stay was very good, the house was very clean and well-equipped. The facility is very large, quiet and peaceful, one might even say idyllic. You can really relax. Lots of attractions for children, there was no question of boredom.

Better wi-fi coverage, children's pool could be cleaner.
