There was an artificial waterfall and track inside the property. Recreation facilities were exellant. A little annoying thing was that after every meal they handed over feedback form. Please take feedback only once.

Beautiful property. Staff were just amazing! We had a wonderful time here. Thanks for great memories. Huge shout out to Bijoy, Yokesh, Vimal, Pradeep and all the housekeeping staff including the lovely boy who took us for the Nature walk and the boys at the reception who helped us with our last minute requests. They really really looked after us. We would absolutely be back again next year. Thanks also to the team guy in the beautiful artificial forest. Fantastic experience! Top class! We are going back with lots of happy memories, all thanks to the kind and helpful staff! Excellent service.

Our stay began on a positive note with punctual pickup from Cochin, expertly managed by Mr. Retheesh. The journey to Munnar was smooth and well-coordinated. What truly sets Chandy's Windy Woods apart is its authentic Kerala atmosphere. The hotel is staffed by local people who bring genuine warmth and authenticity to every interaction. You immediately feel welcomed into Kerala's culture, not just as tourists but as guests. Food & Hospitality The culinary experience was exceptional - delicious Kerala cuisine served with no hesitation and true hospitality. Every meal was a treat, and the staff's willingness to accommodate guests was evident throughout our stay. Facilities Even on rainy days, we were never bored thanks to the excellent recreation room. The facilities are well-maintained and perfect for families looking to spend quality time together. Our room's balcony offered stunning views that made every morning coffee special. Suggestions for Improvement While our experience was overwhelmingly positive, I have a couple of constructive suggestions: Outdoor Dining Service: The outdoor dining area has great potential, but could benefit from additional staffing during busy periods. We noticed one large family requiring constant attention from a single staff member while other tables waited. Consider adding more servers during peak times, and perhaps offering this as a premium dining experience with table service to justify additional charges. Live Entertainment: The live singing sessions are lovely, but incorporating more Malayalam songs would enhance the authentic Kerala experience. After all, we travel all the way to Kerala to immerse ourselves in local culture - if we wanted hindi entertainment, we could have stayed closer to Capital!

This is a gorgeous hotel with outstanding views! The rooms are large and comfortable. The restaurants serves delicious food with an excellent selection. The staff is wonderful - very pleasant and helpful.
