INBooking dot com booked for something and we got something else and were asked to pay more for which we had already paid. Either Booking .com software has a problem or the resort was not polite to handle the customer asking to only handle with booking .com . We are also unhappy with Booking dot com for this promise something and give soemthing else. A direct booking would have been better maybe
