Activities, quite a different experience than hotels, best place for families. The experience in general was nice.

Not the same as what it seems on the picture. The bathroom could be more clean.

Location & Environment

The first come room Grand Gladiator no.6 was smelly and damp. So we initiative to put coffee ground in every corner of the room. The window ini the shower room Packs of private should be put the sticker window. One of the sockets behind the tv doesn't work. Some of standing lamp not Illuminati.

location, noise , expensive , far from everything, no choices of food, polluation, this should be remove from booking. I didnt continue my stay next day I left because booking and hotel not matching the criteria and roles with this hotel and refused to refund the money. Really bad try with this hotel

Its was great but it was construction near around me and they have not changed the room .. although the flat was great and clean

Clean and good facilities

Breakfast was good and location also great, ambience also great. We rent 4 buggy cars for my family, the staff was really helpful for record video while we were doing our buggy car activities.

Private swimming pool in the villa was not clean enough, some bubbles appears. Application that provide by JSI for guest was not quick enough for response the request, we need to call staff that standby near our villa manually.
