El servicio, las instalaciones, muy linda la habitación y confortable, sobre todo el baño. El personal muy amable y el parking muy cómodo.

La piscina interior no estaba habilitada para su uso. El desayuno podría mejorar su calidad, está bien pero no está a la par para un hotel 4 estrellas.

Cama limpa e água quente Estacionamento coberto, embora controle zero de entrada ou saída (insegurança)

Cortina blackout estragada toda torta não permitindo escurecer o quarto no amanhecer e privacidade já que a outra cortina é translúcida , ausência total de serviço de alimentação (noturno pelo menos) no domingo, reserva para duas pessoas apenas uma toalha disponível precisamos pedir mais uma e a resposta da recepção ( único funcionário pelo visto) foi: mas Não tem aí?! Como vou saber se são duas pessoas… Café da manhã muito aquém do valor de US$ 100! Da diária.
