Sunflora Resort Chumphon

Stopped by on the way to Nakhon Si Thammarat. The room was spacious and had a balcony on the side for sitting and relaxing. The room was clean enough, but it smelled musty. It might be because it was in the middle of a garden with lots of trees. The humid air made the room smell a bit musty. The atmosphere outside was good. We checked in at 8pm and couldn't see much outside. The accommodation was in the middle of a palm garden with lots of trees. We woke up in the morning to find dew soaking wet. The downside was that the bed was quite noisy. Just turning over made a noise all the time. The wooden door didn't close properly. The accommodation should check and repair. It is recommended that guests buy their own food. There is no food service, but there might be a gas station nearby. Overall, it was good.

Friendly staff we were able to check in early without additional cost. The room was clean but was not in the best condition.

Nice setting just off highway , convenient and quiet Breakfast good for the price

Just off the main Highway south so ok for a one night stay but wouldnt stay again.People friendly enough but on a rainy off season wet night with the whole place empty and being the only people there it all seemed a bit spooky.

Room was in need of updating.The bathroom was grubby and the front main doors to the cabin had quite big gaps which we had to cover up with clothes on hangars.The lock didnt really work either and a broken seat on the side verandah.There was an abandoned car in the front driveway of our cabin and had to walk across the front of the next cabin to get to ours. Its off a very busy highway with very little choices for food or shops but as we were motoring south it didnt matter to much.

Nice, large, spreadout property, lots of greenery and quiet, inspite of being just off the highway. Perfect place for us to break journey en route from Hua Hin to Khao Lak. Large, spacious rooms, bathrooms and sitouts. Clean linen and good air-conditioning and shower. The resort has nothing close by for food and is quite a distance from the main town, so pick up your necessities before reaching there. Though, Grab does deliver food from town in about 45mins.

Rather unkempt and neglected property. No staff, except a lady that received us, who spoke no English. The commode in the bathroom hadn't been cleaned in a long time. I guess she wasn't doing the housekeeping. The seating area outside the room hadn't been dusted or swept in a while. We were the only guests staying there, so breakfast was pre-plated and served, so no choice of how one would like their eggs prepared. It was a generous enough helping.
