Heaven Beach Resort & Art

The staff was exceptionally friendly. The beach is georgous, the water enticing. the weather perfect.

I stayed in the Delux Bungalow and Deluxe it WAS NOT. It was very basic. They said it overlooked a GARDEN and it actually overlooked a hot desertous ground of sand and dirt, with 4 cm plants being started. They easily could have planted bigger plants to make it inviting. This made the penetrating sun in the afternoon rendering the porch unusable. Further I chose the place in part because they said it had wifi in the rooms and it DOES NOT, and THEY KNOW IT DOES NOT. Bad way to operate. They should be responsible for it being a work in progress and charge 1/2 of what they charge. They could easily put a refrigerator in a room at the cost level of this place. I just moved to a regular Bungalow and it is very nice, but I do not recommend coming if you are renting a DELUXE Bungalow or if you have to have WIFI. But beachfront bungalow also does not have working wifi esim card I bought and it was out of range for the nicer bungalow. I hate to write bad reviews, but this was very disappointing.

Staff were very friendly, the place was very clean. The free drop off at the pier was a bonus.

the location is fantastic, the property itself is fantastic for families with children , less for couples that are looking to have some quiet time or listen to their music, the beachfront rooms are absolutely few meters from entering the amazing Andaman Sea, the crew is doing their best to help you. Ryan the assistant manager is amazing and can help you with whatever you need. the internet was very poor in the rooms and not always available in the restaurant. the food was in general good I fell in love with the Burmese salad. even it wasn't always quiet, I succeeded in finishing a script I wrote

the poor internet connection, the cover of the blanket was from a sort of lycra which was not so pleasant. I told them about it, though they could not change it as they did not have other covers, so they gave us another sheet to separate the blanket cover and our body, There are many other resorts nearby with very nice restaurants as well.

Sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Ich hatte ein hübsches neues Bungalow. Sehr schöner Strand.

Bon emplacement, propre, personnel bienveillant !
