Small, intimate resort directly at Khao Tao beach. Lovely salt water swimming pool and beach access from the resort. Khao Tao is a perfect area if you are looking for a quiet beach getaway. Don't expect any nightlife in this area.

I loved the location, the pool was 7 steps away from the sea. So you could sit in the shade in comfort and walk to the sea. The gardens were beautiful someone took great care with all the plants. Plenty of space to sit in comfort. They had bike at no cost to take and cycle 7 min to a choice of excellent restraunts.

A lovely calm place, right on a quiet and beautiful beach, which is especially lovely because it has a view of a big green hill with a temple and colored fishing boats at the end. Sea is good for swimming. Village is quiet with a few restaurants and an incredibly beautiful walk round the lake- try it at sunset. You can also go up to the temple on the hill, all this additional beauty is just 2 mins walk away! The smaller even more lovely beach at Sa Noi is just an easy a 15 min walk away , along the lake and a small rough but easy road, follow google maps directions. The hotel is comfy, has attractive well equipped traditional rooms, good bed, everything works, very clean, super helpful staff, good food, pool looks out on the lovely beach, what more could you want! Staff were very kind, made me food and put me in a better room, when I arrived late and stressed, these little kindnesses made such a difference to my stay!

Everything especially the cleanliness, the area, the staff and the accommodation.

The kitchen and bar closed around 1930 and 2000hrs respectively and at times the waiting time for food was very slow. This was probably because of lack of staff. The staff members who served breakfast also ran the daily business and closed up in the evening.
