Room was very dirty and ventilation is very poor

Only the location - it is right on the beach .. the r property next to it coconut tree resort is far better and service is great

Rooms were not clean - there were insects and basic readiness like towels etc were only provided when repeatedly requested .. the place had limited staff .. no hot water / restaurant though food is very good service was really poor

It was the worst experience ever with a stay in Gokarna. There is nothing like it shows in images And mainly there is no road to reach the place.

Only Beach view

The only positive about this resort is the beach view, but overall it’s definitely not worth the money. There are no proper roads to reach the rooms — you have to park nearly 1 km away and walk through muddy paths. The place is very poorly maintained; the rooms and restrooms were unclean. The so-called “private beach” was full of garbage and not maintained at all, with no lights at night making it unsafe to visit. Basic amenities were completely missing — no water heater, no complimentary breakfast, no drinking water, no soaps, and not even towels were provided. This resort is highly disappointing and not at all recommended, especially for families. Rating: 1/5
