Staying at this hotel was my worst experience in Pattaya, I made the reservation for 4 nights, hoping for a good holiday. I arrived to the hotel a little late ( maybe around 11:00 pm), an old staff welcomed me, but he could not speak English, and no check in was need, he just gave me the key and lead me to the room, the room looks clean, but it had bad smelling, maybe from toilet, to cover the smell, they used fragrant reagent in the room, so the smell in the room was strange, and I was not comfortable, but it was too late and I was tired, so I decided to stay there if it was not so bad, however, when I got up in next morning, I felt headache, so I decided to leave this hotel early, there was only an old lady there, she could not speak English, and had to call the boss, after a while the boss came, he looked like an Indian guy, I expressed my request to check out after the first night, asked him to help me to do that, he just said I need to contact booking and left, then I called booking, booking leave the message to him, I also leave the message to hotel, but no response, there was no English speaking guy at the hotel, and I had to tell the boss on the phone that I’d like to check out, boss just kept said please contact booking. But booking said no response from hotel, Then I left hotel,( no check out is needed), after that, booking helped me to contact hotel, and to see if hotel can refund me, but finally booking said the hotel did not agree.
I was angry with this hotel, at first, I respected them, even the room was not good as I expected, I just want to revise the order and check out early, however, they did not help and had a bad attitude. I paid for 4 nights, and I stayed there for only one night because of the bad smell, but they refused to refund for even one night, I left the message to them, but they had no response till now, that Indian guy just want more money without a fair basis. It is a really a bad hotel, a bad Indian guy, in my view.,
