Great location can’t get much better. Very friendly staff. Pools were lovely and rooms were very nice. Short walk to everything in Chaweng.

Bar and restaurant are very expensive for the area. Service charge and VAT charge add up. WiFi does not work outside of the rooms.

The only good thing about this place was the location, close to shops and restaurants but not noisy! And the outdoor area and pools were good, you could walk to the beach. However towels definitely needed an upgrade!

Not clean at all! We walked into rooms that were so outdated, not clean at all, towels and bed sheets were shockingly old and yellow! To the point we bought towels for shower. Rooms definitely too old and outdated not like photos at all, bed was so uncomfortable, toilet sits were yellow and disgusting. Shower the same! I hardly had a proper sleep because I was so disappointed and it was over priced for what you would get! Also not so much friendly staff! Specially the cleaners were not cleaning the rooms properly! The lady who was responsible for our rooms, did not enter my room because I had my bikini and towel hanging outside to dry! (everyone else in the resort did the same!) she throw my bikini on the floor and got angry because apparently it was against her religion! Also didn't speak a word of english so don't know how the management expect people to know the language and understand their staff! The lady was so rude she didn't give me clean mugs for coffee until I told reception that I would complain to booking.com. They did bring mugs and spoon and a complimentary plate of fruits but nothing else! I asked them not send her to my room for cleaning again! Also management only offered a couple of hours of late checkout for me not to complain! But the first experience in Koh Samui was so disappointing that I couldn't!

Lovely and clean room. The poolarea is the best I’ve seen in a Long time. The fold at the restaurant was good.

The worst breakfast in history. It was sitting out in the worm weather so the fruit was warm and not much to choose from. For a 3 star resort it was bad.
