Coconutnoom Ko Phangan

The property was right on the ocean and had a beautiful view from the room. The staff picked us up from the pier and were friendly.

The shower hardly worked, there were toms of bugs and the sheets weren’t clean. The room looked like it hadn’t been fully cleaned in a long time. The pool was very dirty.

Staff can barely be found for check in or out, room had a million mosquitos and they provided a net that only fit over one of our 2 twin beds so I sacrificed myself and got eaten alive all night, the room can also use a better cleaning and dusting, you can tell a lot of areas are neglected

Location was good.

I would say that the whole building needs to be remodelled, I don’t think anything has been updated since it was built. We stayed in one of the rooms on the second floor and you had to walk up wooden stairs which were rotted and not safe. The toilet & shower were based outside of the room and in open air which was very uncomfortable.

The room size, function, and equipment with all necessaries. Located in a quiet area and just a few minutes drive to restaurants and shops.

The property is not well maintained - broken faucet hanger and bathtub tap, and wifi are unable to connect or connect but no internet. The bugs are everywhere - bed, bathroom, and kitchen. The house gecko is in the room and makes sounds at night.
