Bungalow con una vista eccezionale e davvero molto confortevoli. Materassi extra large e super comodi. Si trovano in una posizione davvero tranquilla e scendendo una scalinata dal giardino sei praticamente in acqua. Siamo stati benissimo qui. Aggiungerei solo un frigo in camera, per il resto consigliatissimo!

Fenomenaal uitzicht. Vriendelijk personeel Lopend trap op/ af naar strand goed te doen en leuk restaurant op het strand.

Huisje is basic maar dat wisten we tevoren, dus eigenlijk niet tegenvallend. Gezien de prijs ( op Koh Lipe) prima verhouding. We zijn op de fiets en moesten om fietsen om de fietsen en bagage bij het huisje te krijgen, dat was pittig.

View to the ocean was great. Small, local hotel business :) Super basic room, but totally fine and clean. The way up is pretty steep and might be challenging for some guests. Hosts can support you with tours and taxi driver. Reception is on the beach, next to a restaurant - located about 100m before the rooms.

They did really good food, across the board, from fresh grilled fish and seafood, to thai staples, not sure if they did western food.

Well. Where to start. To their credit, as soon as we booked they messaged to say that we should be aware that the bungalow had no hot water or flushing toilet. As there was nowhere else available on the island, and we really wanted to check lipe out, we decided to chance it. So, we arrived and checked in a bit early, no problem. Then a guy picked up one of our cases and motioned me to follow him. There followed three steep staircases, a meander up some astroturf steps and then into the jungle. Tree roots, water pipes, dangling electric cables, very steep. I had my wife's 20kg case on my head and by the time we got to the bungalow I was knackered. Even without a suitcase on your head, this is a challenging walk. Then the bungalow, nice big porch, decent enough view across the bay. Inside is a saggy mattress of venerable age. Decent mosquito net. Bathroom, child size non flushing toilet and cold shower as expected. It was fairly grim. 20 years ago I would have taken this, no problem, but I'm touching 60 now and I don't think the impression you get from booking.com is accurate enough. Forget about this if you have any mobility issues or small children. Several of the staff were pleasant and professional, there were one or two who were pretty rude. Its a family business and I guess some of the family would rather be doing something else. We had a kettle, but the lead was too short to reach any of the sockets, so it was partially suspended in the air whenever we used it. Not their fault, this one, but the music and noise from pattaya beach comes over the bay crystal clear, so no problem listening to it all as you toss and turn on the dismal bed. If I was 20 and this place was 10 quid a night it would be great. As it is, unless you're desperate, avoid
