we arrived with no real expectations but from day one the staff were so happy to help us i want to thank Gullu especially because throughout our stay she was really attentive with us and made sure we got to enjoy everything included in our booking we loved the food the bar and the daily activities which i should mention werent the same every day and that made it feel even more unique in that sense Sercan and Buse from the entertainment team were exceptional without a doubt its clearly a place thats been putting in constant work to get things right

The location, the food, and the all-inclusive offering. The only thing that could beat this would be being on a cruise. This is the equivalent of a cruise on land. We enjoyed every aspect of it. The service was excellent. A big thank you to the guest relations team, especially Gullu, and at reception, Haci and Alper. It was an amazing experience, and we will definitely be going back. There were plenty of activities for the kids to enjoy. We also loved the variety of food and the different themed cuisine nights. The WhatsApp system for guest interaction is very good, with prompt responses to any request at any time of the day. The whole team is exceptional.

I love everything, about this hotel, its above average and receptive, very clean and everything inclusive is actually a fact, after you pay, all you left to do is enjoy your stay, the team here is respectful, always helpful. the hotel is very very clean, up to date, room are beautiful and have a very beautiful view. drinks are available at all times, food and themes each and every night at the main restaurant. For date nights they have two a la carte restaurants, so one can order with the beautiful Gullu, the rose of the hotel. she is always checking on the guests, listening to our needs when we needed something. Guest relations manager Gullu, you are exceptional and very hospitable, and we love your presence, you will always be in our hearts, thank you for the recognition, it means so much to us, I hope every other guests will feel your love and care just like we did. you made our stay here home away from home. thank you so much and God bless you. hope to see you again soon, Veysel the entertainment manager, always smiling, big heart and inclusive, he made the entertainment amazing for all of us who stayed here during this time, we hope to see you again, my daughter enjoyed your support, am very grateful for your big heart, it was more than you know.. so thank you. to all the team memebers, keep having the beautiful smile, its very helpful makes us feel welcome and the money spend is absolutely worth it, Sidera premium is now our favorite home away from home, see you again soon, blessings
