The website is very misleading. It promises two beds in a room - with the second being a sofabed. when in fact it is a thin sofa! the size of a sunlounger. we explained to them that generally a sofabed is a double! they were very unhelpful when we asked them about it. it had not even been made up when we arrived either. this made what could have been a wonderful stay very unpleasant and it’s terrible value for money when you come there expecting two double beds. The website also makes it look like there is a communal swimming pool when in fact there is just a tiny area at the front which looks display-only, the rest are attached to the private pool-villas.

Absolute PARADISE! Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Room was beautiful we are so sad that we had to leave as we loved every second. Thank you Bulow we will be back to your beautiful resort

It’s haven on earth. Beach is amazing, food and drinks are super tasty. Staff goes above and beyond to please all guests . Service is great at the bar and breakfast.

I wish resort offered pool for all guests , current only villas at the beach can enjoy pool . Garden bungalow can’t access pool at all . I wish there was a shower at the resort for guests and better Wi-Fi .

breakfast was basic and sometimes cold.

Breakfast was very good but not excellent. The bread was too soft for European tastes. Jams were like jellie. Yogurt should be more choices. There was no green tea.

Our room was near the garbage so we got the smells passing by..
