Jasmin Garden Koh Kood

The really good reviews for Jasmin Garden convinced us to book it, so we had high expectations. But they were exceeded! This is by far the best resort we stayed at in Thailand. Why is that? First, the bungalows are very beautiful and clean. It is very private and quiet and the resort is located directly at an amazing snorkeling spot! The next sand beach is 5 min away by foot. Furthermore, the breakfast is very tasty and made with love and it is brought to the bungalow, so you can start the day without having to get dressed. Additionally, there are options for a traditional, freshly cooked dinner and tasty wine. But this is not all, the heart of Jasmin Garden are the people. We were basically adopted by the family which runs it for the time of our stay and ended up playing cards every evening! It was so fun! They even threw a birthday party for us! You won't get this kind of experience in the bigger resorts, Jasmin Garden is really one of a kind. 10/10 will visit again!

Tranquil and idyllic place on the water, with great hospitality and a family feel. Nothing was too much trouble and we were really taken care of, from breakfast served on the villa terrace (with good coffee!), organising food delivery, transport, home-cooked food, nice wine, games.. It was quite astounding. The villa was lovely, big and very comfortable, with a big bed.

Beautiful chalet set in gorgeous surroundings. The staff were amazing and always willing to help. The breakfast served in our chalet every day was a real treat! The chalet was spotlessly clean.

Everything was just wonderful! The property is very beautiful, quiet, and very clean and eco-friendly. It borders the sea, and, if not windy, you can swim and snorkel around the best part of the reef with direct access from the property. This property is a family business run by the nicest people we have met since we started to travel. Jee, Care, Thierry and their entire family made us feel like their family for two weeks while we were there, helping with whatever we needed, always being very supportive with advice, information and help regarding renting the transfer to airport, buying tickets for the ferry, renting scooters etc. The bungalow we stayed in was very clean and very comfortable and with no problems, everything was functional and we had never to complain about. The breakfast and the food are very fresh and absolutely delicious (with pre-order, you can have fresh delicious dinner). But above all, these people are the very heart of the business and they know how to make your stay wonderful, because this is how they are, just wonderful, kind, always smiling and willing to help and doing all these not because it is their business but because this is how they are and from the moment you step in, you feel like you are parf of this beautiful family. We definitely recommend this location for a wonderful holiday!

Our stay at Jasmin Garden was simply fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the owners Thierry and Jee, along with the receptionist Claire, who made us feel right at home. Our room, inspired by a Thai theme, was stunning: impeccably clean, carefully designed down to the smallest detail, and with a breathtaking view of the sea. The staff was always kind, attentive, and ready to help with any request. The hotel's location is ideal, allowing you to reach all the beaches easily within a few minutes by scooter. Unforgettable was the Thai-style breakfast, enjoyed comfortably on the patio of our room with the sea in front of us. An experience I highly recommend and can’t wait to repeat.

Great place with amazing people!

Location is exceptional, as soon as you walk through the front door you’ll find yourself in paradise! bungalows are cozy and clean and just few meters from the sea (no sand beach but rocks, water access is quite easy tough). Breakfast is served daily on your bungalow’s patio (loved the fact I could have breakfast in my PJs, just like at home) and you have good selection of freshly prepared sweet and savory delicacies (including a delicious Thai breakfast which I had 5 days out of 7). At the property you’ll find, at your disposal and free of charge, snorkeling equipment and SUP, a pool table and board games, and I strongly recommend to join the staff in one of their evening card games. We were lucky enough to spend there New Year’s Eve, the staff had organized a beautiful seafront buffet dinner, followed by music and dance, it was just like celebrating with friends! The staff is just amazing, they will help you with anything (renting scooters, booking excursions, suggesting the best beaches and everything else there is to do on the island). This was our first time in Thailand and we choose Kho Kood because we wanted something different from the big resort, we’ve ben so lucky to find this hidden jem! Everything is perfect 👌 , for us one important thing when you travel is the people you meet. These Hosts are one of a kind, really nice people, and all the staff are very professional. Besides that the bungalows are beautiful, spotless clean and the food is really good - don’t miss the opportunity to have dinner there. Highly recommended!

We loved everything.

The staff was very warm and helpful at all times. The breakfast was great and the rooms were beautifully designed. A great little resort that you can definitely recommend. Thanks for the nice stay.

Breakfast was served at the room's terrace as their premise is quite limited space. Foods was good but not much choices compared to the room price. Convenience as it's near other resorts where we can go to swim. Staffs are nice.

The room has no TV. The premise is limited in terms of activities as no swimming pool or substitute jagucci or sports equipments. Impossible to swim nor kayak as the current was quite strong and it's slippery rocky. Need to order dinner since morning which is a challenge as not sure when and what to really eat as they only have two choices (meat or seafood) as dinner sets with fixed price.
