На ресепшені ввічливі приємні дівчата. Все розкажуть і підкажуть. В ресторані смачно, обслуговування хороше. Гарна чиста територія. У номері чисто, тепло.

Трохи зношена сантехніка, маленький номер і хотілося б зручнішої подушки або додаткової і повноцінного двоспального ліжка, бо просто зіставлені два ліжка - весь час між матрацами пустота) В мангальній зоні хотілося б більше зручностей) недалеко були столики зі стільчиками, але незрозуміло чи можна ними було скористатися без додаткової плати)

Невчасно подали сніданок. Тварини (коти) в місцях прийому їжі лазять по столових приборах. Ванні кімнати брудні та відсутні гігієнічні засоби (шампунь, зубна паста...).
