האוכל במסעדה ובכל האזור לא טעים. אין מספיק אפשרויות של אוכל לא מקומי וזה פגם בחוויה. אין חלב צמחי.

Good location and nice stuff.

The rooms with shared bathroom are just over the reception and dining hall area, and it has bamboo building structures, so it is extreamly noisy from late night till 6 in the morning, we could barly sleep.

The breakfast was amazing, beautiful view, staff were super kind and hepfull, very authentic house

I was in a room in the traditionnal house, above kitchen, it was a Little bit noisy on the morning

Stunning setting for the hotel at the side of the rice paddies, beautiful respect of the surrounding nature. I am travelling from Europe and it is vey good value for the luxury. The hotel staff are super, they are so helpful and cannot do enough for you.

Location pazzesca! Uno dei posti più belli in Vietnam. Struttura super consigliata, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Unica pecca, non sono efficienti nel rispondere e nel supportarti con i tour. Organizzate tutto da soli e venite qui perché vale la pena assolutamente!

Non tutto lo staff parla bene inglese, non sono efficienti nell’aiutarti ad organizzare i tour, quindi organizzatevi in altro modo anticipatamente, altrimenti vi ritrovate senza guida 😅 anche le comunicazioni pre soggiorno sono un po lente…

The setting is beautiful on the rice fields and the views are amazing. Its really a place to suck in the atmospheres

The pool is very cold and un usable during this time. The breakfast is poor. Coffee was cold and toaster not really working.

Die Lage ist toll. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Blick ins Tal auf die Reisterrassen. Die Zimmer sind rustikal gemütlich. Das Personal, dass für das Frühstück und Abendessen zuständig ist, war sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Das Zimmer roch etwas muffig. Das Personal schien immer etwas überfordert, vor allem, wenn mal ein paar mehr Gäste vor Ort waren. Die angebotenen Eierspeisen beim Frühstück dauerten immer eine ganze Weile. Wenn der Kaffee beim Frühstück alle war, dauerte es ebenso lange, bis neuer Kaffee nach kam. Wir hatten ebenso das Gefühl, dass unsere Anliegen, z.b. einen Guide buchen, oder einen Transfer eher lästig waren. Darum kümmerten wir uns eher selbst. Kreditkartenzahlung des Zimmers war ebenfalls nicht möglich, obwohl es angeboten wurde. Schade. Ansonsten wirklich eine schöne Anlage.

the staff helped us with managing the reservation, even when booking wasn't working properly. Also the food quantity was very generous, which I appreciate particularly. Spectacular view, nice villages nearby.

Unfortunately, the thing with puluong is that it's becoming more and more touristic and feels less local. It's super touristy, the pools were a bit dirty, very thin walls make you hear everything that's happening around you (even other rooms).
