Escalade Experience

The place is very interesting. There were not many guests. There are many restaurants with fresh seafood around. Many butterflies and birds. There are places for photos in nature. Not bad rooms.

The sea is not very clean. There are many fishermen around, but that's why the seafood is all fresh. Not far from the airport of Nha Trang, from early morning until 11 pm planes come in for landing over the place, sometimes it's noisy.

Great location, awesome room, good bathroom, comfortable bed, beautiful view!

I woke up to lots of small fruit flies jumping about. It's the jungle so some bugs are expected but I found it a bit annoying to be woken up by them.

The staff was nice and supportive. The food was great, we had 2 lunches and one dinner there and were absolutely happy. The room was quite clean with AC running all day ensuring the best experience despite summer heat. Easy to find nice beaches nearby.

This place has very limited staff resource and you'll have to carry your own luggages up the stairs to your room. The beach at the place wasn't the best for bathing. The water heating in the room was quite confusing, but it was sorted with the staff's help.

Natural surroundings, the rooms fit into the rocky Hill. Direct beach access. Fantastic views of Vietnamese fishing boats.

Rubbish on the beach and in water, but this isn't the properties fault. It is part of the way of life in many places.

The room was nice and clean. We spent most of our time here as the hotel is in the middle of nowhere.

The property was literally in the middle of nowhere in a fishing town. The beach was covered in rubbish and the restaurant had little to no vegetarian options, and the prices were extremely inflated due to it being so remote. 1 of the staff were semi helpful and lent us her motor bike to drive 45 minutes into cam ranh main town (where there is civilisation and shops), although she charged an arm and a leg. When asking the staff to help us find a motor bike they looked at us in disgust. We only stayed 1 night after having booked for a couple. We asked the staff to help us book a taxi to nha trang (1 hour drive) and they charged us $60 aud. This was ridiculous as transport in Vietnam has been very very affordable. Understandably they spoke no English apart from 1 lady who I had to call on WhatsApp to communicate. I would not recommend this hotel, nor the location. There is no convenience stores near by - the closest will be in cam ranh main town. I would not suggest staying here if you have any health conditions as you won’t be able to get to a dr/hospital/pharmacy for at least an hour If you’re coming to cam ranh stay near the airport as the beaches look a lot better and people may be a lot helpful.
