PAI LAMUN VALLEY

Very good place to rent a small house for large groups. Each house has 3 separate rooms and one shared hall. We had great BBQ, they have special fire pit and grill, so we party all night outside. Staff helped with fire and knifes.

Coffee shop was temporarily closed. But that was not a real issue for us.

Very nice and picturesque place! Friendly stuff was ready to help us in any questions. We enjoyed sauna and swimming pool in the evening. The best part was breakfast. Magnificent view + yummy food is the best combo!!! And we appreciate to friedly woman who did good pancakes special for us💕

Cosy and clean villas. There's a church within the facility. Sheep corner good for young children. Lovely swimming pool, a few glamping spot Open air fire place

I didn't like that Burmese people who work there started to speak loud, laughing and singing at 7am. Every day I woke up because of their voices. I didn't like that the lamp in the ceiling was blinking with low light all night. I didn't sleep well because of it. And I didn't like that we didn't have a cleaning at the room and our shower gel and shampoo finished and we didn't have even soap on the 4th day of our staying.

They are a bit disorganized

There was a kettle and coffee but no coffee cups. Dirty coloured water. Toilet didn’t work well. White clothes came back from laundry grey.

The bed was super comfy and there is free breakfast provided. The view for breakfast was gorgeous!

There is a bad stench in all the apartments, eventually we found out the sewage pipes were not built far enough. Our living room aircon had problems too so the hotel staff had to come and try fix it.

really lovely staff, amazing value for money, beautiful landscape, cute goats, clean and minimalistic, beautifully furnished. 3 bedrooms share one living space, bathroom and outside area but where it is out of Pai, it is quieter so you end up with a huge house to yourself - everyone else seemed to be in the same position, they seem to give everyone their own house where possible. Booked for one night, extended for four more.

mattress was too thick for my preference and the shower piece was broken so the water came out like a hose pipe
