GBThe property was so comfortable and clean. The bed was wonderful, the grounds were immaculate. It was a beautiful, peaceful haven. The location was great, near to the hub of everything but tucked away over the bridgeโฆ the quieter side with a lovely walk to some unique cafes and a fabulous restaurant (The Two Sisters).
Not a lot of power or heat in the shower but that didnโt bother us.

RUGBPeaceful stay on the opposite side of the river to the main town but easily accessible across either of the two bamboo bridges.
JPThe location was ideal. The receptionist was friendly. The views are lovely. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. When itโs quiet, itโs a really enjoyable place
Unfortunately there were a few too many unpleasant things. My room was next to the parking lot and the ownerโs place and so it was almost always noisy. In particular, I got ripped out of my sleep at 4am every morning and after that, there was a constant cluttering around so I couldnโt go back to sleep. The heating function of the aircon did not work. The water was freezing cold. So there was no way to warm up. The breakfast staff was surly, you had to chase after them to even get breakfast, and there was someone constantly hoicking up phlegm, which I find off-putting at the best of times but all the more so during breakfast. For that price, I would at least expect warm water and a friendlier attitude
