La préparation des repas visible depuis le restaurant. La vue depuis le restaurant était superbe. L'emplacement du restaurant : pas trop loin du centre ville et à l'écart du bruit.

La lunette des toilettes était très ancienne. Le manque d'insonorisation de la chambre. Chambre un peut trop vétuste

Medium sized hotel a few minutes stroll from the noisy strip that's the main road through town. Lovely very clean room with balcony, nice decor and big comfortable bed with mosquito net. Complimentary tea/coffee. Air conditioning and fan worked well. Bathroom/shower - fine although it took some time for the hot water to reach the room. We had to ask which way to turn the shower lever for hot water. We changed rooms as we had 2 back to back bookings. We were moved from the 2nd to the 1st floor - a good result for us because there is noise from the restaurant, on the top floor, early when they set up for breakfast. That being said, the restaurant has fabulous views, and looking out to Ella Rock - you can imagine how beautiful this place must have been in years gone by. Its still lovely now but commercialised, lots of tourists need accommodating. And - the breakfast is excellent, would highly recommend the avocado on beetroot 'mash' with wholemeal toast (huge and delicious). Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Many good restaurants within a few minutes walk.

WiFi was poor - had to keep switching to mobile network for larger data stuff. The deluxe rooms with balcony, which are on the second floor, are not worth the extra money due to the noise from moving furniture in the restaurant above. Cheaper first floor room didn't suffer from this and still had a balcony you could sit out on, albeit with a slightly lesser view.

Beautiful rooms and bathroom. Excellent value for money. The food at the rooftop restaurant was fantastic. This is off the main drag (so quiet & peaceful) but still an easy 200m walk.

Very friendly staff

The food was delicious, the plates were beautifully made, and the view at the restaurant was great. The staff was very kind. Location very close to town.

The room wasn’t very clean. There was a lot of mold in the bathroom, and when you turned on the A/C, it smelled musty throughout the room. The location is perfect and close to town, but unfortunately it’s very noisy at night because of the music coming from a nightclub.
