Overall an excellent resort. We stayed in the Villa and it accommodated our family of 6 with comfort. Rooms are modern and clean. Beach is a 5 minute walk or shuttles are running throughout the day. The beach is lovely with plenty of loungers. The Aqua park was open and lots of fun for the kids. The all inclusive concept provides meals and snacks throughout the day.

Resort area is very green and nice for walking. Beach is also good. Staff are supportive.

Food is not good. Most of the options are either tasteless or salty or dry. The only good area is tea garden, which serves good tea and coffee. Staff are nice but seem to be totally overwhelmed by the number of guests.

"The aquapark was the highlight! The beach was beautiful. The room was clean and spacious."

1. The staff at the water sports: When we went to buy our pictures from the parasailing guy - he was quite rude. 2. The wifi didn't work well at all in the rooms 3. Not many activities for adults, compared to other resorts

Slides; 24/7 access to food; own beach (long walk).

Rooms were dirty and outdated (we stayed in one of the old buildings). Air-conditioning wasn't working properly. Shower wasn't cleaned once in 10 day stay. Cold swimming pools. Pool towels smelled cat wee few times, so ended up changing them again. Evening shows and all activities shuts 11 p.m. SHARP. There was one evening when karaoke finished 22.30 and DJ start playing very nice music - people start dancing around 22.45 and it ended at 23.00 SHARP 😀 - everyone ended up standing dissappinted on the dance floor 😀

Near the beach restaurant during the day had nice food. Beach was ok.

Don't be fooled by Ultra All Inclusive - no quality spirits are included - they cost extra. Rooms are outdated and dirty. Cold swimming pools. When it is busy at the bar, you better make your own cocktail because it will be tasteless or nothing like it should be. But I guess - you get what you pay.....
