The scenery is so beautiful. We woke up on the sounds of the cows that were grazing near by. The staff are really nice and accommodating.

-The location is very far from everything. At night there is nothing to do and it’s very dark without proper lighting - The heating system should be improved because it is very cold on top of the mountain -Cleaning should be done everyday, the bathroom is not clean. - There was a mistake in our booking and we have not been informed since the beginning! we were told later on to pay extra money!. Although the staff were very cooperative, helpful and were trying to manage the situation, the manager was very rude! he didn’t even apologize for the mistake done from there side neither even talked in a nice way! he did not care about customer satisfaction what so ever! all he cared about was money which he had no problem to pay but at least expected a nice treatment!

The location of the property is one of the best I have ever seen, the nature and the environment around the property are really beautiful and deserve to stay there at this time of the year. the manager is so polite, friendly and respectful.

the control of the hot/cold water wasn’t easy the beds could be more comfortable
