"Worst experience with 100% advance upfront ."

We only liked Mr Suresh, the care taker . Very helpful person arranged the breakfast in time and also reccomended very good private beaches . Nearest beach is 6 kilometres away .

100% Advance upfront . PLEASE do NOT fall for the 100% advance request . Rooms were filled with mould smell , cobwebs , spiders , lizards.. People with asthma and breathing issues should think twice or thrice in booking at this property. AC is non functional. The approach to this facility is quite difficult. Owner should think of painting the rooms , and installing mosquito nets for the windows.

If you are looking to visit Uttara Kannada region for a holiday , you can center your visit with a stay in Kinara stay. Ambience is homely and pleasant , food with utmost love and care.

Nothing is there is unlike. Everything is excellent. A wonderful homely experience at a beautiful serene place. Kinara stay is the best place to stay in kumta near Gokarna and Murdeshwara.
