I had reservd 3 nights they took me out the 3 rd night I did like the place anyway So i left Services bad no towels bathroom corner of the sink mildew. No ice for drinksnot even with money. Terrible

The hotel is full of facilities, green gardens, big restaurant and comfortable rooms. It also had a special exit/entrance to the beach. However, since it was off-season, some facilities (indoor) were off, attention was lacking and the food diversity/quality was not impressive. But, for what i paid and what i expected, it has been a great stay.

no coffee/tea sachets in rooms, no water refills, which were quite strange. The cleanliness can be better and the room interior definitely needs some reconsideration. Nothing was a deal-breaker as everything was just there.

The room itself was good enough: spacious, relatively modern with a nice view.

The facility is old (from soviet union time), a bit renovated but overall atmosphere is about 1970-80s. The meal is of the same style: milk porridge for breakfast, soup for lunch, etc. Almost nothing specifically georgian in the menu. The stuff was not nice and helpful, more looked at us as a disturbance to their lives. Finally we have been visiting in the second half of September - it is the end of the season, so almost all shops/restaurants/etc were closed. And the cherry on top - it is strictly prohibited to have any drinks on the premises!

I recently stayed at Hotel Kolkhida and had a fantastic experience. The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly its wonderful, friendly staff who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Additionally, the spa facility was a highlight, offering a relaxing retreat after a busy day. Overall, Hotel Kolkhida is a great choice with its exceptional staff and excellent spa services, and I look forward to seeing the improvements in the future.

However, I do feel that the hotel could benefit from some renovations before the next season. While the overall experience was pleasant, updating certain areas could enhance comfort and modernize the ambiance.
