Solea Coast Resort Panglao

It’s far from the center, you can’t swim at its beach so it didn’t feel like we went to a beach place, gets boring after the first day as there’s nothing around the hotel but houses, no entertainment, no aircon at the lobby and kiddie play area, the hallway is a bit noisy. There’s also a construction near the pool from the property next door so all the dust from it we can see it while we’re swimming.

Roof top bar was cosy and had a nice view over the sea.

Limited amount of sunbeds around the pool. The pool itself was a bit dated and the pool area a bit dull. The beach was not really meant for swimming and sunbathing. The breakfast was versatile, but the selection of bread and fresh fruits was limited. Plenty to eat, but high on carbs.

The breakfast buffet and the view from the room was excellent. Staff are very friendly & accommodating.

Upon checkin, the toilet had a funny smell.

The service was exceptional. From the lobby staff to the restaurant team, everyone was friendly, approachable, and always willing to assist with a smile. Great breakfast selection as well.

The beach was not for swimming but the pool was great.

The bed was so comfy and clean ,room as well was clean and well decorated with modern furniture The breakfast was diversified and yummy ,the nest one I had during my stay in philippines without exageration Also the proximity to the beach and to Alona beach
