This is a fabulous property! The ambiance is perfect. We loved the food which was consistently exceptional. The tent accommodation is wonderful and you hear the birds singing (and may hear your neighbours too!). The staff were so helpful too. The safaris were great and we saw a tiger in the wild!

The only thing would be the distance from where the safari starts (about a 10 minute drive)

Where to even start. We arrived so late after a 15 hour drive to the lodge. Divya was incredible and met us on arrival, keeping the kitchen open so we were able to enjoy dinner when we got there (which was amazing) and allowed us to check in later so we could go straight to sleep. The staff throughout the stay were amazijg and offered us activities while we spent the morning at the lodgem We took bikes and cycled through the village and to the kabini river where we saw a number of beautiful birds and cows grazing peacefully. We took a boat safari and two land safaris where we saw tigers and elephants. Sujith was an incredible guide. It was beautiful to see the passion , knowledge and respect that the staff had for the wild animals which is exactly what you want to see when going to a reserve . Another thank you to Divya who on our last morning came and knocked on our door after a leopard was spotted off the main road... And oh my god, I cannot believe we were lucky enough to see her. Overall it was an incredible experience that we will never forget. The knowledge the staff have of the local area and animals is commendable and I would recommend kaav to anyone wanting to visit kabini and the reserves. Thank you again, so much. Sas & George

The staff at Kaav safari lodge was excellent, knowledgable and friendly. The facilities were amazing and the food was sumptuous. A great stay all in all!

We had a magic stay at Kaav Kabini. We stay 2 nights. Managing staff very helpful and very kind. This is a small and cosy property, we feel at home. Lovely contemporary place very well integrated in this natural area. The pool area is superb. Food is delicious, thank you again Chef and team. We had the possibility to reserve directly safaris (drive and boat). Wish we could come back again

A quaint property located right at the border of the national park. The forest views are stunning. Ensure you get a room overlooking the forest. The food was delicious made by chefs who are from the village. The array of dishes was an experience of its own! The best part of my stay was the staff. Kind, cordial and go out of their way to make your stay memorable. They helped me book all my safaris and made sure the entire trip was well organised.

Privacy. Since there was a large group who booked all the other rooms, I had a single instance when someone from that group walked into my room. My request to the manager is to ensure that large groups need to be made aware of their room numbers. Especially if there is a single lady traveling
