I stayed in the cottage with balcony and it was well maintained. Staff were friendly & helpful. Appetisers on the menu ordered were good & breakfast buffet on the day of departure was of great value compared to ala carte menu. I couldn’t eat much due to food poisoning but I had many options to choose for light bites from the buffet. And live counter made all the necessary difference.

One of the afternoon there was loud banging noise outside the cottage. SPA masseuse was experienced but facilities at SPA e.g. bathrooms were not maintained/ clean up to the standard and hair dryer at the SPA was ages old and wasn’t effective. I ordered pesto pasta off the menu which was accommodated gladly by the kitchen but i doubt it was made with fresh pesto. I suffered food poisoning. The effects started after 1 hour of its consumption. I would recommend not to order anything outside the menu and double check with chef if it’s made fresh or with stored/ tinned ingredients. I booked online and paid higher prices compared to price paid my friends who booked offline and on arrival they managed for upgrade to cottage with sit out at better & lower prices compared to what I paid online. As it was online they couldn’t change the price. But could have complimented with other service as we were all together & I paid higher price already.

Everything was great, I am staying in this property since 2017, my experience in July 2023 was very bad and I stopped coming to this property but this time my experience was same as from 2017 to 2023 and ever time I will be staying in this property.

Check in time doesn't suit me as I drive from Delhi and reach around 12.00 PM but your check out time is 12:00 PM although front desk did there best to accommodate us but still we were given all three rooms around 2:00 PM.
