"The stay would have been excellent if the front staff were more polite with better room service ."

View from balcony of the mountains was very good.

1) We were not allowed to check in by 12:00 noon. The rooms were not ready and so we could check in only by 2:00 pm. 2) The bed sheet and blanket were having foul smell as if it were not washed. 3)The staff was rude when asked to replace the blanket and replied that only this much cleanliness can be guaranteed and then gave a new one. 4)The room boy was not instructed and/or was not helping in carrying the bags upstairs since lift was not available.
