The two ladies at the site are lovely, but not empowered to solve the fundamental problems with this property. The location, like all of Koh Mak, is attractive. The property is isolated so you will have to use transport to go anywhere.

This place is a SCAM. The OWNER is a rogue and actively misrepresents his property. When we booked he advertised Air Conditioning on both Booking and Agoda but the property has never had AC. Since i made a complaint to Booking he has removed this feature but i would expect he will put it back. He is particularly rude in his correspondence and only leaves Voice Messages as a technique to not have his responses made public. There is decaying asbestos on the roof and decks of the buildings that would have the site condemned in most jurisdictions. The quality of accomodation is VERY poor and could be described, if one was being generous, as rough camping. We found far superior accommodation at a similar price point and close to town. DO NOT BOOK HERE.o

Wooden high build huts facing the sea. Nice private hammock on the balcony and a hot shower. If you enjoy peace and quietness, this is for you. Also the ladies there are always smiling, singing and making excellent cappuccino

The floor was wacky, the wood not so safe. A bit dark in the room.

Der Aufenthalt war super! Das Personal ist so herzlich und die ganze Atmosphäre mit den Holzhäusern und dem Balkon Richtung Meer und Sonnenuntergang ist herrlich. Sie haben eine sehr gute Küche und guten Kaffee. Scooter kann man ebenfalls mieten. Zudem gibt es hinter dem Resort einen Kanal für Schiffe, wo das Wasser ganz ruhig und morgens sehr sauber ist und wo man einige gute Bahnen schwimmen kann.
