Grand étendue dans le complexe avec jardins. Joli point qui amène dans une mangrove. Hall d entrée magnifique.

Chambre moyen. Odeur présenté dans la salle de bain. Pas très propre. Besoin d un rafraîchissement. Nous avions réservé deux chambres. Une était communicante sur une chambre déjà occupée mais surtout la porte communicante pas fermée. Situation un peu éloignée de Manado City et donc pas de grab qui viennent vous prendre pour aller au centre ville. L hôtel propose des services navette mais il faut réserver en avance. Le soir un seul restaurant.

Angenehmes Resort mit schönem Pool und Park und Zugang zum Meer. Die Zimmer groß und gut eingerichtet. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Das Spa war einfach wunderbar. Gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl

La piscine La proximité de la mer

Attente au restaurant de plus de une heure à chaque fois. Absence d’aliments tel que la laitue. Nous avons : 3 personnes sur 5, eu de grosses douleurs abdominales durant 4 jours suite à notre séjour.

The is actually big and amazing. Pool is great and clean. It’s a good place to take a family trip. Or perfect escape to have a relax vacation.

We booked a deluxe room for 2 nights, but got an upgrade a bigger (NEW) deluxe room at the Lihaga because the normal deluxe room was fully booked due to event, but unfortunately the facilities in this room were disappointing, not what we had expected: the fridge did not working, the TV channels were snowing. The bathroom was outdated, no glasses, shampoo was empty. We have requested, but they didn’t bring it. The drinking water was outside the room, looks not so clean. So we just bought Aqua bottles outside the hotel. The view of our room was the forest instead of the garden. The food and breakfast at the restaurant were disappointing. This hotel should be 3*, not 4*. The next day we got a new room at the Lihaga, but the room was even worse. So we decided to go back to the first room. Due to all the complaints we hadn’t do any other activities in the hotel. So we were very disappointing. We did got compensations: free massages and beers. Re information about the activities you need to ask more information at the reception when the boat leaves to Bunaken island or snorkeling. There’s no (online) information in the room. Our other family stayed at the normal deluxe room and the facilities were much better than ours.

We choose to go to the hotel based on recommendation from our guide, we found that staff were very friendly and welcoming the central restaurant and reception area was open and pleasant the gardens and pool were nice.

The hotel has not been well maintained found that the showers especially the temperature control was not working very well and the cleanliness in the bathroom was not adequate as there was mould on some of the surfaces. The staff generally were slow to fulfill our requests and sometime completely forgot.

The garden, the swimming pool, the yard, every thing outside were very beautiful and charming. The room was big and ok.

You can not order food from outside they search every car to avoid Grab or any delivery company of bringing food. The bathroom was not very well maintained. There was mold next to the bath and lack of effort in the cleaning. The last day there was no hot water. Very disappointing.
