Good breakfast selection. Airport transfers were professional and seamless. Reception staff responsive and helpful.

Showers were luke warm at best. Food and beverage service seriously lacking. No pool bar/towel service without having to go and find someone to assist. No wine available from the menu. Beers were not cold.

The overall property was good, with a large area for guests to indulge in leisure walks. The key thing to note is that the property is a bit secluded from the city, so you will have to be pretty much self-contained on the site. So if that is what you are looking for then this is the place for you, but if you want to hop in to the city once a while , check our other places in the city than its hard to get in the city as its quite a distance. The landscaping done within the property is also very nice.

Some of the things I would like to highlight- 1. The restaurant staff while being polite perhaps need a bit more training on how to handle guests. There were bunch of times when we had to struggle to get their attention to get something served. 2. While I do not want to specifically comment on the spread of food available during breakfast and brunces, what could have been done better is to have the food warm. I was surprised to see while a lot of dishes were kept on hot plate , the hot plate wasn't turned on, so all the food was cold. 3. Air conditioner in our room wasn't very effective and we had to ditch the blankets to compensate for the heat.

Nach 5 Wochen durch Sulawesi! Natürlich kann man, dieses geniale Land, nach!! Nicht beurteilen!! Für uns ein Traum, wurde war! Zum Abschluss, dieses Hotel! Preis Leistung!! Hammer! Die Tauchgänge!! Kenne vieles! Around the world! Mit Andy und seinen Crew, einfach nur geil!! Habt Ihr keine Unterwasser, Cam, ect, ect, Andy hat alles mitgefilmt! WAS Soll ich sagen!! Wir lieben diese Menschen!!, Unsere Meinung!! Logisch 10 von 10!!Aber es liegt, nicht an der Ausstattung!! Auch 10 von 10!Sondern an an den tollen Menschen!!!

Beautiful grounds with lush garden and a pool. The walk to the jetty was really nice!
