La gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale. Il menù, molto ricco e con carne alla griglia. L’ ampiezza, la pulizia e il confort della camera. L'estensione del campo con alloggi ben distanziati

L’informazione ai clienti sulle difficoltà che il tragitto per raggiungere il campo può presentare per chi, come noi, non aveva una macchina adeguata (fuoristrada con pneumatici sgonfi). Rete telefonica e internet assente e conseguente impossibilità di chiamare la reception quando la macchina si è insabbiata

Struttura nuovissima e molto bella… personale molto accogliente e gentile, le casette era nuovissime e pulite, il pavimento in marmo brillava.

Curerei piu’ la qualità della colazione

Il nostro driver Said è stato una persona davvero gentile, cordiale e molto bravo e puntale.

Mi è piaciuto tutto tranne un gruppo di turisti un po' rumorosi :)

Sleeping in a tent in the desert is a magical experience, I highly recommend to do it ! There are many desert camps, this one is 22kms south of Bidiyyah, so 22kms of sand dune driving, which is good enough to have the "desert experience". The tent was very charming, clean and very nicely decorated. The individual bathroom is open air, which is amazing.

Food (diner & breakfast) could be more authentic, more local omani and overall also more qualitative.

Struttura nel deserto dove consiglio di passare una notte. Possibilità di vedere il cielo stellato ed effettuare diverse attività sulle dune. Staff cordiale, anche se spesso non parla molto inglese. Cena a buffet buona, così come la colazione. Viste le foto del hotel, la stanza la immaginavo più grande e moderna, ma la realtà è ben diversa.

Abbiamo effettuato il check-in presso i loro uffici in città, per poi essere accompagnati con il transfer organizzato da loro presso la struttura. Il ragazzo del transfer parlava pochissimo inglese, e non abbiamo avuto modo di scambiare molte parole. La struttura necessità di qualche lavoretto per sistemare alcune cose (sedia e staccionata rotta nell'ingresso della nostra stanza), ventola del bagno rotta. Staff parla poco inglese.

Location is awesome, with clear and easy to follow instructions to get there, you need a 4WD. We love the driving to the camp and I was with two kids. Good variety of activities on offer. Great that there is food available onsite as nothing else nearby. The sky at night was amazing, the staff was polite. It has a mini van taking you to the room.

Food quality was very poor. Food was definitely stale, at least 3 days old and reheated multiple times and there were flies everywhere, especially around that food that was poorly covered. Activities were also too expensive, but because it's the only option, you have no choice for once is okay.

Juste parfait ! Le petit-déjeuner ainsi que le dîner étaient excellents, avec beaucoup de choix et des plats de qualité. Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant et aux petits soins tout au long du séjour. De très belles activités dans le désert sont proposées, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus mémorable. Je recommande vivement.

Amazing staff. Clean, relaxing. Great food.

A little more evening intertainment would be nice. Diffucult reaching in a small 4x4. Best is to take a Big 4x4.
