Peaceful environment….privacy….Food was excellent…cooked only for us….nice and clean room…owner was very helpful

A little difficult to reach there but justifiable due to peace and privacy…camp fire should also be arranged

Excellent. Nice hospitality. The food is very tasty. The staff is very friendly. Very comfortable to stay. The owner of the property is also nice. Our experience in the resort is excellent.

"For a 'homestay' - good. Not anything close to a 'resort'."

The room was big.

The property seemed very run down. There were spiders, and mosquitos everywhere in the room. The water pressure in the bathroom was horrible. The host could not guide us with proper information for Munnar - he was only interested in recommending the tea estate right in front of the property even though we wanted a tour. While the view from the property is as advised - we were given the room on the ground floor and could not see a thing from our room. The breakfast was not good - cold & tasteless.
