Chandys Drizzle Drops - Munnar Top Station

Overwhelmed by the hospitality we were offered at this resort. From the check in process to the meals to the guest services. Everything exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail set them apart from even the big chain hotels which have easily 3 times the staff per guest. The rooms face towards the valley which gives you a beautiful view of the sunset and sweeping mountains. Rooms are very well made with all amenities you expect from a 5 star hotel. The meals were freshly prepared, and we really enjoyed the local Kerala preparations. At no point during the stay the hotel refused any of our requests and delighted us with lovely gestures such as a printed family photograph at the time of checkout. 2 nights spent at chandy's were the highlight of our Kerala trip, probably the best resort in all Kerala.

It's a small resort with 12 rooms. Which means the resorts need to keep the staffing low. Sometimes that meant our meals would take longer to prepare at busy times such as breakfast. But this is far from a discomfort as they more than make up for it by the quality of their service.

Location is a bit far from the town and Munnar can be hard to move around (limited and expensive taxis), however this is also a pro as the location is much more isolated and relaxing

We had a small vacation at Chandy's Drizzle Drops last weekend. The property is an exceptional place for a family vacation. Kids had a good time. Super luxurious cottage ( Thanks for the upgrade ) with beautiful view of valleys. Food and service is awesome. Friendly staffs. Thanks for the DJ and Barbeque Kids really enjoyed it.

We loved everything. This is the best place in Munnar, best views, and lovely staff. Service could be a bit faster, but the people working there are genuinely nice and helpful. The pool is fantastic. Suites have a sauna in the room and a jacuzzi. There are also free activities and bbq every night. This place is just wow. After 2 weeks of being disappointed by India's luxury hotels, this place enchanted us. A huge thank you to everyone at Chandy's Drizzle Drop (be careful not to confuse it with their sister Hotel, Chandy's Windy Woods).
