Sèche cheveux défectueux. Il a fallu demander un chauffage (la température extérieure était de 15 dans la nuit), salle de bain avec fenêtre à clair voie donc non fermée et pas de prise assez puissante pour mettre le chauffage. Pas d’eau chaude le matin, cela a été rétabli assez rapidement après avoir appelé la réception mais après pas d’eau froide au lavabo. Heureusement il y en avait dans la douche. Le majorité du personnel ne parle pas anglais. Deux personnes parlaient anglais et étaient efficaces.

Beautiful property in a stunning location 40 km away from Munnar town. Room was spacious, functional and clean, and had a beautiful view over the valley. Food was very good and staff was helpful. They helped us with booking a driver for our return to Kochi too.

Not the fault of the property but there is a lot of traffic between Munnar and the hotel, it took us three hours to get there and back (maybe due to the end of year holidays, not sure). The driver that took us back to Kochi was not the best, constantly driving while on the phone.

One of the best properties in Munnar with breathtaking views all around and a perfect location close to all major viewpoints. The staff are extremely professional, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. The complimentary room upgrade was a wonderful surprise and made the stay even more special. Truly a memorable experience — highly recommended for anyone visiting Munnar!
