Quite far from the city

I liked how the waterpark was just 10 metres away from my room. I saw the pool from our window. With RM10 per person, I'd say that's cheap lah. Nice slides. My kids enjoyed themselves.

The room service goes back at 5pm. So front desk came to send kettle (the one in my room had prob with it's plug).the next day it took 20mins and 2 call and 1 personal visit to front desk before I could get an iron and a super lousy and broken iron board (like really, it's broken, get a new one)

Comfortable and clean

Tranquil, pleasant, free from disturbance & peaceful place for family vacation due to location quite far from the main city center. My children & family very happy & having lot of fun while playing in the pools.

The pool little bit hot during the sunny day, some other resorts/hotels have shade from their building architecture design or trees. To have more lighting from entrance main road before the security guard post.

Love the spacious room.

Limited choice of breakfast (buffet). Cold nasi lemak. Picture included got beautiful outdoor pool, apparently you have to pay Rm10 if you are hotel guest.
