"Lovely rooms but no facilities and too far out of Ranong"

Lovely spacious clean rooms

Only tepid water in the shower, breakfast not great was not asked white or brown bread just got given white, when asked for brown they were not particularly happy, then had to wait which meant our eggs went cold. Given half a cup of coffee we asked fir another and was told we had to pay for it so not happy we had a coffee in the room instead.

Nice building design and decor

No hot water in shower No hot water in sink so shaving in cold water Curtains let all outside lights in AC lights very strong and could not switch off

We spent only one night at this accommodation but nevertheless it was a wonderful experience. My favorite part was that the place was very relaxed, quiet, peaceful, with little to no traffic around, which is the case in most of Thailand. House that we rented was spotlessly clean, with all important amenities (fridge, kettle, two airmchairs). It was also modern and well sealed so there were no lizards, cockroaches or any other animals entering. Take your time to chill in a cute, European inspired Baroque garden. There is a cafe with good cakes and drinks. They also serve delicious food. We tried makarel soup, fried crab, salmon and everything was good. Just make sure not to bite through chili that is floating in the soup as it's extremely spicy. In general I highly recommend to stay there, especially if you want to relax and unwind.

The uniqueness of the “resort” neat small buildings surrounded by a beautiful garden. All is well maintained. Staff is professional and very supportive.

this was a stopoiver for us on way to phuket from hua hin and what a great choice,spotlessly clean,huge villas,great food,pastries etc,and you could spend all day wandering around the garden

wine or spirits in the restaurant,only beer available
