The restaraaunt was AWFUL. You had to order breakfast 1 hour in advance and then when it was ready to eat, it was cold. All the meals took forever to prepare. Why does it take 40 mins to cook an egg? Do not expect a lot from the food at this place. Everyday we had a cold breakfast. You are not allowed to eat in the rooms or you will be fined. How ridiculous is that? Nice pools but the food situation is a big turn off.

Quite difficult for older people to reach higher floor

Room: The photo doesn't do it any justice! It is way prettier in person, it looks new and very clean. Bed was very comfortable, aircon was working, and lighting were nice. Location: The location is accessible by road and they offer free shuttle to alona beach and there are a few restaurants nearby. Staff: The staffs were really nice

Restroom: Although the restroom was very clean, there was a foul odor coming from the toilet Wifi: Wifi is decent but there are times that it is not working Facilities: Not really a con, but take note that the restobar is at the rooftop which is like 5 floors high, you have to climb a lot of stairs so it's not really advisable for old people or those with special needs.

never been to a hotel before where no food or drinks allowed in the room - only hotel food on balcony never seen so many rules - with fine $$ attached - felt uncomfortable no toilet paper allowed in toilet? never seen that before food was OK but nothing special ugly driveway and façade of hotel at parking spot made us believe we were at wrong place incredible # of steps to get to our room - my wife has bad knees and approx 100 steps from start to room. Lucky we didn't have huge bags BUT staff did help carry. Finishing the driveway so van could take us to lobby level would help and considering how nice it was inside it was strange that entrance was so ugly and far with steep climb. I will cost the hotel repeat business.

We definitely liked the view and the food. The pool was fine as well. Staff was friendly enough.

Well first thing is when you arrive you find out it's still under construction. Then you see these big long steep stairs that you must climb because there is no elevator or place to park above. When we got into our room and wanted to relax and unwind from the travel we turned on the TV. Everything was in Chinese. We called the front desk when someone came to help they informed us that the owner was Chinese. My opinion is I don't care I want a usable TV! We ended up not using it. Could not figure it out because it was in Chinese. If the owner only wants to cater to Chinese then make note of that on the booking sites!!! If they want international travel they need to understand that the universal language is English wether they like it or not. Next you cannot eat in the room AT all! You can't drink coffee in your room. However I find it odd that they have overpriced chips and noodles and drinks to buy in the room you can't eat or drink in!!! Unfortunately I broke the handle of a coffee cup. I understand I need to replace it but 10 dollars for a one dollar cup? Now when you want to exit the resort you are needing to walk down those steep steps. If your carrying a new born baby that is a treacherous walk!! It is steep! We did try to unhook the room when we discovered all the issues discussed here but where unable to do so.

View was amazing, owner and staff went above and beyond. I highly recommend

We just looked for the hotel for overnight, but in the end, we were happy to stay there for two nights. It was calm, beautiful rooms, nice stuff, cats for cuddling, big and clean pool. They provide free shuttle bus to the beach. And they serve the best longanisa ever!!! We enjoyed our stay very much.

They had a limited selection on the menu in the restaurant, several items were missing every day.
