struttura immersa in una pineta a due passi dal mare, presente anche un comodissimo servizio navetta messo a disposizione dai proprietari. struttura a conduzione familiare, personale gentilissimo e disponibile. casette in muratura ampie ( ho soggiornato in un trilocale) pulite e dotate di tutto il necessario, piacevole la vista mare dal patio. in generale struttura molto curata e pulita, bellissima la piscina e la vasca idromassaggio annessa. la baia davanti alla struttura è riparata e carina, bello lo stabilimento e i bar ristoranti presenti. consigliato

Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, gdy mieliśmy problem z terminem przyjazdu to pomogli nam sprawnie rozwiązać problem bez ponoszenia kosztów związanych ze zmianami typowymi dla Booking , super basen, świetna lokalizacja, bungalowy pod drzewami co dawało wytchnienie w upalne dni

The Mascia's are a hardworking family who put their heart and soul into their village. We loved the fact it had everything our children needed: nice pool, friendly entertainers (Michele is exceptional), close to the beach and a playground however, without being too loud, exaggerated and touristic. The location is perfect and the prices are honest. We look forward to returning in the future when Martino becomes the 'Capo' 😜

Location is great, 200m from the beach and less than 10min-drive from the historic center of Vieste. View from the swimming pool is Nice. Every flat has his own intimacy thanks to the disposition of the buildings and the présence of a lot of trees !

Very very noisy until midnight EVERY night ! Because they organise some parties / karaoké for a dozen of teenagers. The AC is not free, and the equipment is very, very limited (no sheets, sponges, toilet paper or even a knife, only 1 glass etc). The place is small and dirty, the shower is blocked, 2 out of 4 fires on the stove don't work. And every attempt to go to the restaurant was met with contempt by waiters who are only interested in Italian customers. You have to wear a bathing cap to get into the pool…
