Alegria Water Front Beach House

Very clean and the fact it is beach front it’s amazing. Staff were very kind. Just really far from everything so be prepared for buy groceries before heading to there to cook your food, because they have a full kitchen to use.

We broke 2 glasses and they changed us that, which I don’t think is nice. When you rent a place you should know these things could happen and charge extra for broken glasses is not right

My family enjoyed the pool a lot. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Clean property. Nice view of the sunset

Some of the power plugs aren’t working. Property’s internet connection was broken.

It is what you see in photos. Great place to stay if you want to relax. Its location is the best and the worst, depending on what you want. A bit difficult to find restaurants nearby but it was manageable. Also they have a kitchen that we could use to prepare some noodles and sausages we bought.

Definitely a beach front property. The two people who are managing the property were nice. The towels and bed sheets were new and clean. The rooms look like it’s been upgraded and clean. The location was convenient for canyoneering the next day.

Photos looked a lot better than in person. Looks like the entire property is in the process of being built. It’s beachfront but the rocky kind. The rooms are super tiny. Bathrooms are upgraded too but really needs a deeper cleaning lke whitening the grout, it’s really tight to get around. The sliding door is broken. Towel rack came off immediately. This is a place to just sleep and go, there is no refrigerator in the room but a shared kitchen. No coffee maker but bring an instant packet as there is hot/cold water dispenser. I’m not sure why there were fancy dishes advertised though…maybe it was for a restaurant under construction. And last but not least, this place is in the middle of cemeteries on both sides! Not immediately close by but too close for my liking.

Location is terrible, nothing near by and the beach is corals and sharp rocks.

The staff was amazing. In the first day we didn't have nothing to dinner and the managers were super kind and brought us food. Very good!

Only the location, it was near kawasan but it doesn't have many places to eat, put the staff help us with everything!

The swimming pool and staff was amazing.

The aircon wasn't cooling so they transferred us to a different room. But then the water heater wasn't working and the bathroom floor wasn't draining while taking a shower.
