Property is very nice and cool

The food preparation is average ,

Staff was excellent! The checkin was especially quick and smooth. The well spread out area was very calming. Even though the property was 70/80% full, it did not feel crowded or noisy! We had come looking for a peaceful break and it offered exactly that! A very calming and peaceful environment. Love the little nooks where you have placed chairs and tables or yoga mats under the trees. Absolutely fantastic. Allows one to be one with nature. Ps: am a vegan and an animal lover and I know the Tatas point of view on animals. Small request, the swans outside the verandah area were not comfortable there. Maybe it was he fake grass. Maybe it was the ppl. My humble request don’t do that. Let them be where they usually hang out. In natural grass and in their area.

Length of my stay! Too short. :). You could have more Vegan food options in the buffet lunch / dinners.

The Resort is magnificent and filled with greenery! The staff members were immensely hospitable. Mr. Roopesh, Jhanvi Anushka, Priya Elcy Ketan Mayuresh Rishu were tremendously helpful and affable! The room and the adjoining verandah was fabulous. Loved the swimming pool and walking the paths surrounded by greenery. The evening entertainment organised by the hotel is fun and definitely recommend exploring the entire property on foot or in the buggy!

The AC was not working well and the weather is hot so that was an uncomfortable aspect. There were mosquitos too!

Swimming pool was large. We enjoyed.

1. We had paid for all 3 meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and paid high premium over the room rentals for the same. The buffet spread was unsatisfactory and not at all of the standards expected from Taj. Novotel and JW Marriot buffets are much better. The non veg starters and main course could have been much better. We anticipated that dinner spread would be better but were disappointed. Further, the food taste was not upto the mark, even the desserts which normally are always good even in medium level hotels. The situation continued even at breakfast. Nothing much to highlight or praise the spread. We compensated the lack of options and good food by ordering omlettes. 2. The room no 3117 ac fan noise disturbed our sleep. Moreover, the ac fan worked intermittently waking our children.
