Winter Vale Green Stay Resorts

this hotel is just perfect for a relaxing stay . the staff is supper friendly and the food is really taste the waiter even prepare kerala specialities each day for us so we could taste the real kerala cuisine . they made our stay just perfect . In my opinion this hotel it has rally high standards for just 2 stars . to me it should get 4 stars without any doubts .

the locations is perfect but if you have your own transport otherwise is a bit disadvantage as it is located on the top of a small hill and you have around 20 min walking distance from the village.

The room allotted for us was very normal. Not worth for the money. Some of the area near room was getting some bad smell as well

Location swimming pool rooms are awesome

Limited food

The food, the view and almost everything is perfect. I went around May and the weather was mostly rainy and the balcony view was misty.

The state of the washroom in my room wasn't upto the mark. There was a constant smell. Am sure they will rectify this. But again being in a remote location, it was probably the best possible setup. Not sure, but that's a feedback.

Had an great time and food and hospitality is awesome highly recommended for couples and family, easy to reach from the main road also special thanks to the front office team for supporting and guidance for tutoring and arranging vehicle for safari.
